Our peer to peer service involves local ‘partners’ who have their own facilities, experience and a little time. They provide services for local customers who are time-short through us. Minster laundry will pick up washing from your house at a convenient time, convey your laundry to a specially selected partner, then deliver this, freshly laundered, back to you. All our work is guaranteed by Minster Laundry (by a refund and redo promise) and any work for insufficient cleaning will be carried out at our expense and by a different partner.

Our service is centred on you – your convenience is paramount, and your choice essential. You decide what goes in your washing load (we never wash your clothes with anyone else’s), you choose the settings for your wash and your dry, and you select what you want ironing and at what setting. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for the replacement of clothes and therefore it is essential that you carefully choose the settings for your laundry and the combination of clothes in each wash.

What services do we offer?

We offer a full wash, dry and iron service, and also an iron only service. All laundry for our wash, dry and iron service must be tumble dryable, or tumble dried at your own risk. We do not accept pet blankets.

Where do we operate?

We currently only operate in the Beverley area in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
